Maintaining NCARB certification with reciprocity in any state, architectural licenses in most states east of the Mississippi and Texas, and other strategic alliances allows the firm to support its clients with expert services in numerous locations. To date, L2 has served as the Architect of Record for over 15,000 guestrooms and vacation villas around the world.

The hospitality experience of L2 extends to a highly specialized team of architecturally-trained interior designers whose current installations include guestrooms, spas, restaurants, markets, ballrooms, and common areas for resort, hotel, and retail clients. In addition, this team has developed an innovative approach to resort sales center design and maintains a mind for sales and the guest experience through the entire design process of any project.
