A contemporary boutique hotel that combines beautiful design with the best views of the bay.
At the Current Hotel, Marriott Autograph Collection, situated on Rocky Point, in Tampa, Florida, travelers and locals alike gather for locally sourced cuisine at Julian Restaurant, for breath-taking sunset views at the 12th floor Rox rooftop bar, or to shop at an outpost of Tampa’s popular Oxford Exchange. Inspired by the emerging fine arts scene in the region, as well as the ever-evolving landscape of Tampa Bay, L2 Studios’ designers created a sophisticated, contemporary space to showcase the owners’ extensive art collection and a rotating exhibition of local artists. The design of the public areas incorporates clean, curving lines, rich woods and marble, and a neutral palette that blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. In each of the 180 guestrooms, live-edge wood desks, concealed LED lighting, and a soothing coastal-inspired palette invite guests to relax and absorb the stunning views of Tampa Bay.
