L2 Studios, Inc. has been mobilized on renovation efforts at Marriott’s Beach Place Towers & Marketplace located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Nestled between the beaches of the Atlantic & Intracoastal Waterway, the property offers spacious two-bedroom/two-bath villas situated atop three floors of retail shops & restaurants.

L2 Studios will provide the Architecture and Interior Design for the renovation of the Marketplace, Sales Gallery & Corporate Offices, and the projected completion date is Summer 2011.  L2 Studios has a combined hospitality experience in excess of thirty years and recent experience on numerous MVCI refurbishment projects to include Imperial Palms, Beach Place, Legends Edge, Cypress Harbor, Grande Vista, and Harbour Lake.
