Tim Lemons - Managing Principal
Architecture
AIA, NCARB
With over 30 years of experience, Tim oversees the management and strategic direction of the firm. In addition to his organizational and technical leadership, he specializes in the development of complex master plans and visioning for hotel and resort projects, customer experience centers, and themed leisure environments. He employs a unique methodology of infusing the performance metrics with the culture and vision of the client and their customers into every phase of the project.
Tim earned his professional Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors from the University of Tennessee in 1982. He is an active member of AIA, including past President, and has served on numerous city boards. Licensed in many states and the Caribbean, he has practiced both architecture and interior design in Orlando, across the nation, and in over ten countries worldwide.
Richard Wilson - Principal
Architecture
Complementing over 41 years of architectural experience, Richard holds multiple certifications in software development and computer aided drawing and modeling applications which enhances his leadership of production and technology resourcing for the firm. With his creative problem-solving skills, he leverages his broad experience with available technologies in the successful management, design, and production of projects, often with extremely aggressive schedules and budgets.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Design degree with honors from the University of Florida in 1986 and has completed a wide variety of projects including mixed-use retail and leisure venues, hotels, resorts, and large-scale amusement parks around the world.
Debra Lemons - Principal
Architecture, Interior Design
AIA, NCARB, IIDA
With over 25 years in dual practice of architecture and interior design, Debra specializes in the design of hotel, resort, customer experience centers, and themed leisure environments. She establishes the design direction for many of the L2’s projects and manages the firm’s diverse team of interior designers. With extensive project experience in markets including healthcare, workplace, retail, and hospitality, her intentional approach identifies directly with the customer and combines evidence-based design research to develop purposefully designed, unique experiences.
Debra earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Master of Architecture with honors from Texas Tech University and maintains professional architecture and interior design licenses in multiple states. She is a member of local chapters of AIA, IIDA and Commercial Real Estate Women and has served on multiple city and community boards in Orlando.
Tommy Hagood - Principal
Architecture
AIA, NCARB, LEED+AP
Tommy brings over 24 years of diverse architectural design and project management experience to L2 Studios, Inc. He specializes in design for commercial, religious, and special projects with complex building programs and construction types. He practices architecture with an emphasis on maintaining long-term client relationships, client-centric design solutions, quality control and process management for multiple project types. With extensive technical knowledge and digital capabilities, Tommy bridges the skills and output of team members in all phases of projects.
Tommy earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from North Carolina State University. He maintains his architecture licenses in multiple states and is LEED+AP certified. He is an active member of AIA and community events including Buddy Walk Orlando.
Goran Knezevic - Associate Principal
Architecture
A highly technical and innovative architectural practitioner for over 30 years, Goran delivers a unique combination of skills and depth of experience on both domestic and international projects. He leverages his multi-cultural background, technical knowledge, and extensive experience of drawing and modeling applications to produce distinctive and well-executed projects.
Since moving to the US and joining L2 Studios, Inc. in 1997, Goran has been an integral team member and project leader. He successfully manages, coordinates, and produces many of the firm’s major hotel, resort, retail, and special projects.
Matt Dadisman - Associate Principal
Architecture
CILB
With over 22 years in the construction industry and 15 years serving in architectural practice at L2, Matt demonstrates technical knowledge of construction methods and technologies in his management and execution of large projects. In addition, his construction experience enhances the often complex interface with multi-disciplinary teams as well as clients and contractors in the field.
In addition to managing production and project teams, Matt is a licensed contractor, fluent in CAD and Revit/BIM drawing technologies, and coordinates drawing standards, product resources, and quality control efforts for the firm.
