Principal, architect, interior designer and storyteller in her own right, Debra Lemons has been shaping the narrative of hospitality experiences for more than 27 years, with a special emphasis in resorts, hotels, resort sales galleries and themed leisure environments.

Debra establishes and often executes the architecture and interior design direction for many of the firm’s projects. She interfaces with leaders at the major global hotel brands including Marriott and Hilton, as well as independent brands and numerous development and ownership groups.

Debra's design philosophy considers all aspects of the "hospitality experience"—be it the guest, employee, patient or customer. Her empathetic approach to understanding cultural undercurrents and consumer trends leads to a narrative that inspires the design aesthetic and functionality of a space. The results are unique and intentionally designed, people-centered experiences.

An active member in the professional and development community, Debra serves as Chair for the Orlando Foundation for Architecture. She has been a panelist and presenter at several hospitality, resort development and healthcare industry conventions and has contributed articles in development publications about the guest experience and trends. Debra lives in Orlando with her husband and business partner, Tim, and their two daughters.
