Founder of L2 Studios and Managing Principal, Tim has spent more than 35 years dedicated to architectural design specializing in hospitality hotel and resort projects, sales centers, and themed leisure environments.

His talent for bridging the artistic vision with structure and function to bring immersive, engaging and memorable guest experiences to life, has earned the trust of well-known brands including Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, IHG and Wyndham.

Embracing a hands-on approach, Tim works closely with the L2 Studios team on all projects collaborating with clients, guiding the vision and encouraging excellence through every phase of development.

Tim is active in civic and professional organizations and has recently written a series of articles for hospitality industry publications on post-pandemic innovation and safety designs for hotels. In the fall of 2020, Tim worked with Stetson University on an air quality study resulting in sterilization solutions that were implemented throughout the school campus.

Tim lives in Orlando with his wife and partner, Debra, and their two young adult daughters. In his spare time, Tim enjoys cooking, woodworking and travel—taking to the open road on his motorcycle, across the country and wherever adventure takes him.
