TOMMY HAGOOD

Tommy Hagood joined the L2 Studios team in 2018 as Shareholder/Vice President and Principal Architect. A skilled architect with 26 years of diverse industry experience, Tommy is active in design, management, quality control and building client relationships while working to advance and strengthen the firm’s presence in the community and the region.

Tommy strongly believes the critical first step in the design process is master planning, which creates the framework for how the project will proceed. With an open mind and collaborative spirit, he is adept at bringing together project stakeholders and teams to confirm alignment with client goals and explore opportunities to create better solutions for the owner, the occupants, our communities and our environment.

His systematic approach has proven highly effective on numerous projects with complex technologies and programs as well as those that involved careful navigation through complicated permit processes and governmental agencies.  With passion for design and pragmatic problem-solving, Tommy has delivered numerous projects in religious, commercial, and advanced manufacturing markets, including the first LEED Platinum building in Florida.  His process and expertise have proven equally valuable in the management and execution of our current hospitality projects as well.

Tommy is active in the Central Florida community, volunteering for programs that are close to his heart including the Downs Syndrome Association of Central Florida, Buddy Walk Orlando, Hopetown, and leading worship through music in his church. Tommy resides in Oviedo with his wife, Erin, and their two daughters.
